Spousta lid\u00ed t\u00e1pe, kdy je vlastn\u011b splatn\u00fd takov\u00fd vypo\u0159\u00e1dac\u00ed pod\u00edl, kdy dostanete ty pen\u00edze \u2013 a\u017e po vyklizen\u00ed bytu, na co\u017e m\u00e1te dle z\u00e1kona lh\u016ftu 15 dn\u016f od ukon\u010den\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee se tak\u00e9 st\u00e1t, \u017ee v\u00e1s dru\u017estvo vylou\u010d\u00ed samo, to v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00e1m neposkytne vypo\u0159\u00e1dac\u00ed pod\u00edl.
